THE CHALLENGE:
Enterpreneur.com, an online extension of its magazine publication that provides the latest news, expert advice, and growth strategies for small business owners, consistently publishes merchant service related articles. Due to the ever changing landscape of online merchant products and services, Entrepreneur.com identified a need to ensure research for related articles was current and accurate by the time pieces were published.
THE SOLUTION:
Merchant Resource enlisted its research and development arm to compile relevant, newsworthy information and determine appropriate material for Entrepreneur.com's core audience, ensuring content would remain compelling and current for the reader at the time of publishing.
THE RESULT:
Merchant Resource developed a program called "Ask The Expert" in which a set of industry related segments helped educate readers through a series of Q&A, including in depth pieces on eCommerce and the credit card processing industry. The successful program has helped position Entrepreneur.com as a leading source on information relating to online merchant products and services.
