How It Works for Customers

Internet Merchant (IM) approves the application and the secure gateway information is sent to customer. |

IM representative contacts customer to walk through the integration of the gateway, shopping cart and merchant account. After integration, customer is trained on use of the gateway and Virtual Terminal. |

Training concludes with a test transaction ran by IM. |
