THE CHALLENGE:
Endurance International owns and operates several hosting companies and thus maintains separate websites for each entity. Endurance executives identified a need to develop a modular central application system that would enable quick-and-easy customization of applications for each company in its portfolio. Accessible from each brand’s respective website, each application would write its data to one single, central repository. Due to the size and complexity of the rollout, digital marketing assets, print marketing collateral and dedicated eBlast campaigns were needed to promote and support the effort. Additionally, Endurance identified a need to harvest, shape and add content to its existing Knowledge Base.
THE SOLUTION:
Merchant Resource Group developed a robust, scalable and modular central application system. Intuitive, flexible and fast – the Endurance Application System features on-the-fly branding and application deployment tools, granular data management functions and up-to-the-minute statistics, analytics and reports.
A thorough training program, including tutorials and Best Practices documentation, was provided to ensure rapid internal adoption of the system and to decrease the likelihood of future administrative performance issues.
Additionally, a customer-facing communications program - including FAQs, Knowledge Base articles, newsletter language and one-sheets - was developed to drive interest and provide hands-free customer support where necessary.
THE RESULT:
The application’s ease-of-use and intuitive design has enabled Endurance's customers to complete the entire application process alone, without the involvement of support staff. Because of our continued marketing efforts to educate customers on the advantages of accepting credit cards online, Endurance has enjoyed a continuous increase of online merchant sign-ups. Our relationship with Endurance International continues to be a success.
